Configuring Host Info Settings

Host Info settings identify your mail server so the Vocera Voice Server can communicate with it successfully.

Mail Host	60	In the Mail Host field, enter the name of the POP or IMAP server that receives and stores your email. Example: mail.yourcompany.com. The host that you specify in this field is used for incoming mail. By default, the Vocera Voice Server also uses it for outgoing mail unless you specify otherwise in the SMTP Host field. See Outgoing Mail Settings.
Mail Host Domain Name	60	In the Mail Host Domain Name field, specify the domain name used in email addresses at your site. Entering a value for this field ensures that anyone can reply to email sent from the badge. Example: yourcompany.com.
Mail Server Type	n/a	Choose the Mail Server Type that matches the protocol supported by your email server: POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3) or IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol).
