Upgrading Existing CTS Integrations

CTS supports a direct upgrade from version 2.3.0 and 2.4.0 without requiring an uninstall. If you need to upgrade from version 2.2.0, you must uninstall, re-install, and then manually run SQL INSERT statements to migrate data from the earlier version to the new database.
