The VST solution extends the power of the Vocera Communications System to physicians and care teams that are located outside the hospital. VST balances security and convenience by providing a secure, easy to use, HIPAA-compliant alternative to SMS as well as basic voice capabilities to enhance communication and collaboration. The solution integrates seamlessly with the Vocera platform, providing texting and voice capabilities across Vocera end points.

DE13639 If user A is composing a message and recieves a message from user B at the same time, the original message will be sent to user B instead of the user intended.

DE15753 High priority tone is only playing for 10 seconds when the app is in the foreground.
If the high priority tone length is set to 30 seconds, the tone is only playing for 10 seconds when the application is in the foreground. If the application is in the background, the tone will sound for the entire 30 seconds.
The majority of VST users are part of only 1 or 2 organizations. This should have a minimal impact and there is no workaround at this time.
