Ongoing Maintenance

As use of the Vocera system grows, ongoing maintenance becomes increasingly important.

For example, you must add new users to the system and remove old members, set up alternate spoken names for users with nicknames, make changes to group membership over time, and so forth.

System administrators can optionally delegate some of the responsibility for ongoing maintenance to tiered administrators. See Tiered Administrators.
