After you have started the Vocera Collaboration Suite app, when you glance at your Apple Watch, it displays the number of new messages.
This enables you to quickly determine whether you need to open the app.
Important: If your environment is using
VMP Server 4.9.4 or earlier,
the number of new messages is always listed as 0, as older versions of the server do not support this
messaging capability. Contact your system administrator to determine what
version of the VMP Server is installed
in your environment.
