From the Apple Watch, you can initiate a panic call on your phone.
To initiate a panic call, swipe to select the Call View, and tap Panic Call.
You are given five seconds to tap Cancel to cancel the call.
You are then connected on your iPhone to your emergency response team. From the Apple Watch, tap End Call to end the panic call.
