User versus Average of Users

Follow these steps to compare time metrics for a user with an average of users.

  1. In the Compare By dropdown list, select User.
  2. In the dropdown list to the right of the Compare By dropdown list, select User Vs. Average of Users.
  3. In the Criteria dropdown list, select Time Metrics.
  4. In the Ignore Alarm Time field, specify the maximum alarm time, in minutes, that is to be displayed in the comparison results. Time values larger than this are ignored.
  5. Specify the parameters for the first item to compare:
    1. In the Unit dropdown list, specify the unit whose alarm data you want to display.
    2. From the User dropdown list, select the first user to compare.
    3. In the Time Period dropdown list, specify the time period. To do this, select the first radio button and select the number of hours to display, or select the second radio button and specify a date range.
  6. Specify the parameters for the second item to compare:
    1. In the Unit dropdown list, specify the unit whose alarm data you want to display.
    2. Ensure that the User dropdown list is set to Average of Users.
    3. In the Time Period dropdown list, specify the time period. To do this, select the first radio button and select the number of hours to display, or select the second radio button and specify a date range.
  7. In the Event dropdown list, specify the event whose time metrics you want to display.
  8. Click Compare to display the comparison.
