Group versus Average of Groups

Follow these steps to compare the alarm density for a group with an average of groups.

1. In the Compare By dropdown list, select Group.
2. In the dropdown list to the right of the Compare By dropdown list, select Group Vs. Average of Groups.
3. In the Criteria dropdown list, select Alarm Density.
4. In the Time Period dropdown list, specify the time period. To do this, select the first radio button and select the number of hours to display, or select the second radio button and specify a date range.
5. In the Time Interval dropdown list, specify the time interval between data points.
6. In the left part of the top pane, specify the first group to include in the comparison:
   1. In the Unit dropdown list, specify the unit whose alarm data you want to display.
   2. From the Group dropdown list, select the first group to compare.
7. In the right part of the top pane, specify the second group to include in the comparison:
   1. In the =Unit dropdown list, specify the unit whose group average you want to display.
   2. Ensure that the Group dropdown list is set to Average of Groups.
8. Click Compare to display the comparison.
