Attachment types are now consistently limited to images for all device users, and an attachment with an accompanying text is now sent as two messages.
Create or edit a subject for a text message
A subject allows VST to sort messages to or from the same people into different conversations. For example, if you are exchanging messages with the same user about both a consultation and also on-call support, using a different subject for the two groups of messages allows everyone to view the threads as independent conversations.
Add new recipients after a text conversation has already started
You can now add recipients to a conversation at any time. For example, if you are using text messages to discuss a patient with one colleague, you can easily add another colleague to the conversation to get an additional opinion.
Reply to conversation recipients who are not contacts in your Directory list (anonymous users)
In some situations, you may receive a message sent to both you and also a person who is not one of your contacts. This situation occurs when the sender of the message has a contact who is not in your own contact list and includes that person as a recipient of the message. You may reply to all users in this situation, even though you may not initiate new messages to users who are not in your own contact list.

Workaround: Log into the Web client to delete conversations.
VSTMC-4230 - When a VST user calls an office phone number, the caller's cell phone number is displayed to the recipient.
DE13366 - When the message purge setting is shorter than the expiration setting, the message display in the Android client does not refresh when the app is placed into the background and then brought into the foreground.
Workaround: Log out of the app and log back in to force the app display to refresh.
DE8132 - If a contact's name starts with a number and the contact is added as a favorite, the name always appears in the Favorites list, even if you remove the contact from the Favorites list.
DE8155 - The Sent time of a scheduled message appears in the sender's conversation as the Scheduled time.
Workaround: View the correct Sent time by clicking the message itself to display the Secure Text Detail.
DE8216 - Searching on the Secure Texts page returns matching text content from the most recent message only in any conversation, instead of from all messages.
