The Vocera Platform EMDAN solution is designed to deliver event-driven communications across multi-disciplinary teams and physical boundaries.

The solution receives alarms from patient monitors and uses staff assignment information to deliver ancillary alarm notifications of critical alarms to clinicians mobile devices and desk phones (fixed devices). Vocera Platform EMDAN uses admission information to augment alarm notifications with patient information.

Vocera Platform EMDAN requires the use of Vocera Staff Assignment, an enterprise phone management system to deliver to mobile and fixed devices, and a medical device data aggregator to collect alarm data from patient monitors.

- We now record the time that assignments are recevied.

The following issues are fixed in Vocera Platform EMDAN 2.6.0:

SOL-3424 The default username matching for the ROL segment was only allowed for alpha characters. This has been expanded.
SOL-3426 Custom templeted events were not marked as inactive when the conversation was completed. This has been corrected.

Known Issues

This section provides information about known product defects and limitations in the current release.

(SOL-2858) CUCM users that are also configured as an Administrator on Templeted Events cannot complete the Templeted Event.

Workaround: CUCM users should NOT be configured as an Administrator on Templeted Events.
