This PDF report displays a line graph containing the number of rounds completed, filtered by Departments or Facilities, over weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly time period selections. Goal lines can be configured for the selected facilties and departments.

A photo can be attached to a Staff Rounds or Care Rounds question, as well as to follow-up requests and any subsequent escalation email. (VCE-1326, VCE-1036, VCE-1322, VCE-158)

A new report titled Percentage of Discharged Patients Who Received at least a Round(s) during LOS is provided to customers. (VCE-1332)
Care Rounds and Staff Rounds survey questions can now be configured by response to make the Comments field required. (VCE-1320)
When the question configured for a required comment has been answered and the textbox provided for the comment does not have an entry, the user will be prompted to enter a comment before the survey can be saved and submitted.

A new scheduled report is provided for the Care Rounds module, titled Care Rounds - All Responses By Round. (VCE-195)
This new report uses the existing date ranges, includes rounds that have been saved and submitted, displays all answerable questions contained in the surveys (answered or not), and includes all comments contained in the surveys (completed or not).

The Care Rounds module now has a filter button to access the patient sort dialog. (VCE-1200)
Clicking on the new icon opens a dialog where you can specify which data is visible in the grid and by what data element the grid will be sorted.
In the Care Rounds dashboard, the Round Details page has been updated. (VCE-1140)
Answers provided to the question pertaining to the reason a round could not be performed will appear in the Question Class graph on the Care Rounds – Round Details dashboard in Business Intelligence.
The 6 week option has been removed from all Business Intelligence dashboards and scheduled reports. (VCE-1118)
All dashboards now use "Last 7 Days" as the Date Selection default, with the exception of the Sentiment Analysis module which defaults to "This Week".

In the Care Rounds Patients grid, "Past Rounds" and "Status" have been added as "Sort By" options. When either is selected, a chevron will appear next to the designated column to indicate sorting is occurring in either ascending or descending order.
Round option inaccessible for patients marked with "Do Not Round" status. (VCE-983)
If a patient has been marked with a "Do Not Round" status, the round option is greyed out and becomes inaccessible.
Six Weeks report range no longer supported. (VCE-1007)
We will no longer be supporting subscription reports configured using a Six Weeks date range. The Six Weeks option will be completely removed in a future release.

Location sorting based on numeric value. (VCE-1090)
When sorting by "Location", rooms containing only a number will be sorted in numeric order. Rooms containing letters will be sorted alphabetically and then numerically.

The new Sentiment Analysis feature leverages artificial intelligence to identify and categorize opinions expressed in comments, determining whether the patient or staff's attitude toward particular areas of their experience is positive, negative, neutral or mixed. (VCE-425)
Sentiment Analysis is implemented for comments in the Care Rounds module only; list is available as a BI dashboard and in a PDF report subscription.
The Good to Go module has been renamed to Care Inform and repositioned as a patient/family communication solution. It provides a new capability for sharing text communications, and it is also accessible from Vocera Collaboration Suite (VCS) version 3.5, scheduled for release later in 2019. (VCE-427)
The Care Rounds module provides a new scheduled report, Completed by Rounder, that displays the number of rounds completed by user and the percentage of rounds completed by unit. (VCE-619)

The data export process had several performance and stability improvements made to prevent large exports from failing. (VCE-1713, VCE-1731)
The data export query had caused an issue where some exports would run until they were cancelled. The process now completes in under an hour for any single data export as expected.
In the Care Rounds module, a Business Intelligence (BI) export no longer fails unexpectedly. (VCE-1714, VCE-1730)
An issue has been fixed where a visit reported without a patientid and patientmrn had caused a merge event to update the visit record to null, which caused the business intelligence data refresh to fail.

Patient visits for dates March 14 through April 1 of this year now display the accurate times. (VCE-1724)
The Daylight Savings Time change had caused an issue which is now resolved with timezone offsets.
Care Rounds diagnosis management and display have been enhanced. (VCE-1715)
The Electronic Health Record updates the HL7 feed frequently with duplicate diagnoses. A new procedure has been added to de-duplicate diagnoses which provides a better viewing experience for the user while optimizing module performance.

In Business Intelligence, the Care Rounds dashboard has been updated to remove all references to '7 a.m.' related to census from tooltips and CSV exports. (VCE-1077)
In an earlier VCE release, references to '7 a.m.' related to census in the Census Analytics dashboard were removed. In this release, tool tip references '# of Rounds/Daily 7am Census' have been changed to '# of Rounds/Daily Census', and CSV references '# of Rounded Patients/Daily 7am Census' have been changed to '# of Rounded Patients/Daily Census' to complete this feature update.
In the Care Rounds module, survey questions which contain a quotation mark will now be included in the Sentiment Analysis scheduled report. (VCE-1234)
In the Care Calls module, the Discharge Date column sort is now maintained. (VCE-1195)
Now after a user sorts the grid by discharge date, selects a patient to complete a care call, and later returns to the grid, the Care Calls column display remains sorted.
In the Care Rounds module, the 'Completed' and 'Remaining' round counts in the sub-navigation panel now perform as expected. (VCE-1311)
After 8pm EST the 'Completed' and 'Remaining' round counts were resetting to (0), regardless of the customer's local time. This issue no longer occurs.

When a survey is configured to allow the user to require a comment on a question, in some cases the comment may not be saved and submitted. (VCE-1529)
If an audio/image/video is attached to a question and the survey is submitted without a comment in the required field, an error occurs. Following the error, when the user then provides a comment in the audio/image/video textbox and submits the survey, the comment is not retained.
An .svg or .emf image file type selection will fail to add the image file to add to the survey. (VCE-1512)
The .svg and .emf file types are automatically included in the list of 'Image Files' but when selected, the image is never displayed in the round.
