Introduction

Welcome to the Vocera Operation Tools solution! This new Vocera solution is designed to facilitate secure and efficient customer access to the Professional Services (PS) team for support via a new cloud-based portal.

The Operation Tools portal allows a PS representative to remotely connect to the customer's environment on demand. The customer enables connection to their environment via the Web, Command Line, or File Transfer methods.

PS representatives can log into https://tools.vocera.io using their Vocera Active Directory (AD) account credential.
