Read Receipts
The status for sent messages are: Failed, Sent, Delivered to some, Delivered, Read by Some, Read, Acknowledged by Some, and Acknowledged.
Failed will let the sender know that the message has not been sent after 20 seconds of attempting to send the message.
Sent will let the sender know that the message has been received by the Engage server.
Delivered to some No one has read or acknowledged the message, and some of the users in the conversation have received the message but not all users.

This section provides information about fixes and improvements made to the
If iOS 11 Beta was installed on a device, a user could not have more than four bookmarks in their conversation list unless they reinstalled Engage Mobile. This issue has been corrected.
Occasionally, the bookmark was not displaying in a conversation list. This gave the appearance of an empty bookmark. This issue has been corrected.
If a user leaves a conversation, any new conversation they are added to would appear as an empty bookmark. This issue has been corrected.
The following issues are fixed in
The back button in Airstrip, that should return the user to the conversation in Engage, did not work correctly. Airstrip has fixed their issue and the Airstrip back button is now functioning as it should.
In facility with multiple XMPP proxies, if one of the proxies goes down we would expect to see the devices connected to that proxy disconnect and quickly reconnect to the other available proxy. Up to one half of the phones were not reconnecting to the avaialbe proxy and were therefore unusable. This issue has been corrected and the devices are connecting appropriately.
