Failed will let the sender know that the message has not been sent after 20 seconds of attempting to send the message.

The following issues are fixed in Engage Mobile 5.2.0:
Prior to this build, there were some issues when using an Android 7.0 or newer model. These issues included the back button not working after entering a chat, swiping left would not take the user to the roster or conversations list, and the plus (+) icon not taking the user to the roster. These issues have all been corrected with this release.
When using the MC40 devices not all messages were delivered in large multi-user conversations. This issue has been corrected and now users of MC40's will receive messages regardless of the number of participants in the conversation.

Workaround: Upgrade the device to Android 4.4.4 or higher.
This is no workaround at this time.
Once the XMPP upgrade is complete, the user can log back into the system as normal.
Do not delete or change a user login information prior to an XMPP upgrade.
It is important to note that the device will still play a ringtone and, if enabled, the device will also vibrate. Additionally if the user is using a Pivot or MC-40 device there is a notification light that will blink when a notification is received.
