This release includes enhancements to several components of Vocera Engage.

• Staff Assignment

  Patient based assignments follow the patient in the event they are moved to another location.

  Added enhanced filtering options in the Staff Assignment User Interface (UI).

• Engage Rules

  Added support for care team and department role destinations.

  Added support for setting a user to a timed Do Not Disturb (DND) status upon accepting an alert.

• EMDAN Package Import

  EMDAN package imports require a connection to Operations Tools (OT).

• Web Applications

  Web applications automatically install when their supporting services are installed.

• Vocera Migrator

  The migrator allows for the verification of the contents of existing repository files, lists available repositories, and generates new repository files for the desired version.

• Certificate Manager

  A new Certificate Manager page allows you to manage Transport Layer Security (TSL) certificates or generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) directly through the Web Console.

The following list includes the defects fixed in this version of Vocera Engage.

• PFM-18822 Added and configured the JVMTI agent jvmquake to better handle low-memory and out-of-memory conditions.
• PFM-19135 Java options added to Artemis to prevent unnecessary out-of-memory failures leading to failovers.
• PFM-19182 A presence dependency no longer causes the XMPP service to fail due to a Null Process Error (NPE).
• PFM-19183 Indirect comparison of enumeration types no longer lead to Postgres poor planner estimates.
• PFM-19322 A missing clinical link causes failure in the migration. This is fixed by checking for and cleaning out these records before the migration is started and on a case-by-case basis per site.
• XMPP-1367 Short Urgent Apnea alarm ringtone added to the Engage Rules template.
• XMPP-1372Vina iOs users receive a notification sound for Staff Assignment Messages.

This section provides information about known product defects and limitations in the Vocera Engage 7.2.0.

• PFM-19610 When a Vocera Platform 6.4 server with vocera-analytics-data-sync-service package installed is migrated to Vocera Engage 7.3, the appliance WebUI throws a Platform Not Started error.
