QGenda On-Call Instructions
Description: When contact information is provided for an on-call user, this information should be accessible from the Vocera Edge Communications app. This enables a caregiver to get in touch without delay.
Configuration and Maintenance: QGenda integrated with Vocera Edge Enterprise Manager. Contact information for user entered in QGenda and then synchronized in Edge.
Call forwarding to user or role
Description: You can now forward calls to a user, a role, or a phone number. If the user or role has multiple contact options, you can select the one that you want to use.
Third-party API for Vocera Edge now accepts return URL as a parameter
Description: When placing a call from a third-party app, you can now specify the URL in the calling app to which to return after the call is completed.
