EDGEM-1450 The new emojis that have been made available in Apple iOS 16.4 and later are not displayed properly on Android devices, Web Messenger, and Enterprise Manager.
EDGE-1525 On devices using Apple iOS version 16.0, calls may not be heard if you go to Device Settings Focus > Do Not Disturb > Apps on your device and then select either Allow Notifications From or Silence Notifications From.
EDGE-1720 On devices running Apple iOS version 16.1, the background color of the user and status field on the single message conversation screen is not teal blue.
EDGE-1726 On devices running Apple iOS version 16.1, a black call kit screen flashes when a call recipient performs an Assisted Transfer.
