Updated "Manager Created" Alert Reason List to "Manually Charted"
Description: The Manager Created label name has been updated to Manually Charted. The updated name is visible on the Alerts and Reasons page in the Clinical Manager and in all reports that track, query, and display Manager Created override reasons.
Configuration and Maintenance: To view the new options, go to Clinical Manager > Configuration > Alerts and Reasons > Reasons List.
Override Reason required when using the Document Dose option
Description: An override reason is now required for manually charted medications when using the Document Dose option.
Configuration and Maintenance: When the user opens a Medication Order, then selects Options > Document Dose, the app prompts the user to select an override reason from the Manually Charted Alert Reason List.
