The Engage Voice Group Sync Adapter 1.1.0.15 solution provides the following new features:

• Vocera is pleased to announce the addition of Contact Detail Publishing. This service will allow the adapter to:
  • Enable forwarding on the voice server whenever a user voice profile is created or updated in the platform, if the forwarding type is different on the voice server.
  • Update forwarding for all users on startup or failover when the forwarding type does not match the value on the voice server.
  • Generate an audit event indicating success or failure of the voice server update for each contact where forwarding is updated.

The Engage Voice Group Sync Adapter 1.0 (1.0.x) solution provides the following new features:

• Creates a flexible synchronization relationship between groups (and group members) on the Vocera Voice Server, and groups on Engage Server.

• The Engage Voice Group Sync Adapter makes use of the Voice Server Interface (VSI) to detect any changes in groups and group membership on the Vocera Voice Server (VS) and synchronize these changes to Engage.

The following issues are fixed in Engage Voice Group Sync Adapter 1.1.0.15:

• Voice Group Sync fails to attempt to connect to another server address if the first server listed fails. (ADP-7455)

  This has been corrected and now Voice Group Sync will attempt to connect to all servers listed in the configuration.
