The WCTP adapter is enhanced to map the "Break through Vocera and Device DND" setting to a "critical" flag in Edge alerts. Additionally, Edge is updated to allow the "critical" flag to be set through its notification API.
The WCTP Plugin has incorporated the "criticalAlert" flag during message transmission. As a result, messages marked as critical are delivered with higher priority than standard notifications.
