About WCTP Plugin

The WCTP Plugin integrates WCTP messages from Engage using two Groovy plugins in the Integration API. The EngageWctpIntegration.groovy translates messages into notifications, posted to the internal Notification API, while EngageWctpReplyIntegration.groovy handles inbound client action buttons, relaying user inputs back to Engage through WCTP Reply messages. This ensures efficient communication and response within the system.
