When a patient was transferred to a new room, the assignments for the original room moved to the new room and remained active. The assignments for the original room now expire when the patient transfers to a new room. (ADP-9729)
For assignments from Epic with an end date in the past, the adapter would mark the assignments as active before marking them as expired. The assignments are now marked only as expired. (ADP-9672)
