The Assignment Manager adapter was recreating expired assignments, only if there was an active Patient Assignment and the patient moved rooms. This has been corrected. (ADP-11503)

When a patient was transferred to a new room, the assignments for the original room moved to the new room and remained active. The assignments for the original room now expire when the patient transfers to a new room. (ADP-9729)
For assignments from Epic with an End Date in the past, the adapter would mark the assignments as active before marking them as expired. The assignments are now marked only as expired. (ADP-9672)

There was an issue if more than 10,000 updates were internally queued which would cause a deadlock in the adapter. This has been corrected.

There is a race condition that exists allowing assignments that are marked deleted and then active in the same processing round. However, in the next processing round the assignment is marked as deleted.
