The Engage Vocera Adapter is used by customers to integrate with Vocera Communications Systems. Adapter
            configuration allows Engage to directly communicate with a Vocera Voice solution,
            allowing it to request badge information (including users and groups), and to send
            alerts and notification messages to Vocera badges. Multiple Vocera adapters can be
            configured, but only one can be active at a time.

            - The Client ID configuration field added in version 3.0.0 should be set when the
                system is in a clustered environment. If not set, the Client ID will be generated
                based on the appliance IP address, and following a failover from one Engage node to
                another, responses and status updates to messages sent by the first node will not be
                received by the second node once it becomes the master node. (ADP-6886)
