About Engage Vocera Adapter

The Engage Vocera Adapter is used by customers to integrate with Vocera Communications Systems. Adapter configuration allows Engage to directly communicate with Vocera servers, allowing it to request badge information (including users and groups), and to send alerts and notification messages to Vocera badges. Multiple Vocera adapters can be configured, but only one can be active at a time.

What's New in Engage Vocera Adapter 2.3

The Engage Vocera Adapter 2.3 (2.3.2) solution provides the following new features:

This adapter has been re-built for compatibility with Platform 5.5
This adapter has been updated to improve handling of messages during failover. (PFM-4338)
The current Vocera Library (VAI) version is now displayed in the adapter Details. Previously, the VAI version was visible in Edit mode. (PFM-4374)

What's Fixed in the Engage Vocera Adapter 2.3 Release

The following issues are fixed in Engage Vocera Adapter 2.3 (2.3.2):

When updating users and groups, devices are no longer erroneously becoming unregistered due to an exception encountered retrieving the users and groups through VAI. (ADP-5721)
