Adapter configuration allows Engage to directly communicate with Vocera Voice servers using the VMI API. This enables the Engage server to request badge information and to send alerts and notification messages to Vocera badges. Multiple Vocera adapters can be configured, but only one can be active at a time.

Enhanced the Vocera proxy for multi-threading to allow multiple Engage Platforms to use a single Vocera VMI server. Improved both the logging of the Vocera adapter on the Engage platform and the Vocera VMI server, and improved the analytics reporting to be able to determine escalation levels for messages sent to Vocera badges.

Reconciliation of existing devices against groups and users that are read from Vocera is now case insensitive. (ADP-3761)
The cache has been changed to use a case-insensitive comparator.
The adapter will now wait two seconds to reconnect anytime it loses its connection to the proxy service. (ADP-4261)
Moved the sleep so that any disconnection will result in the adapter waiting two seconds before attempting to reconnect. If the disconnect is because the adapter is shutting down, however, it will not wait to proceed.
