There was an issue if the name ID was configured to any non-default name ID. The payload signature was invalid. This issue has been corrected and the payload has a vaild signature.

The SSO button does not display when a logout URL is not configured in the adapter. (UC-18685)
By design, only the login URL is required to enable SSO; the logout URL setting is optional. However, currently iOS does not consider SSO enabled if a logout URL is not set.
End users are not logged out of Vina; the next user must uninstall Vina and go through the lengthy install and configuration steps.
Workaround: instruct the user to log out of Vina, or a system administrator can remotely log the user out of Vina.
