DE12585 - Login name now updated in VCS 2.0 compatibility mode when new user logs in.
If you are using VCS with VMP Server 4.9.4 and are therefore seeing the VCS 2.0 user interface, and you log out from your device as one user and log in as another, the Menu screen now correctly displays the name of the new user.
This release includes the following known issues and limitations for versions of the
DE12453 - Icon not highlighted properly when speaker activated when call received on locked device.
When you answer a call while your device is locked, and tap Speaker to listen to the call through your device's speaker, the audio is redirected properly to the speaker but the Speaker icon is not properly highlighted. The Speaker icon is highlighted if you tap it again. This is a limitation of Apple's CallKit framework.
DE12454 - Misleading button interface when second call received on locked device.
When you answer a call while your device is locked, and then receive a second call, the button options that you see are End and Accept, not Hold and Accept. Despite this, you can successfully keep the first call on hold while you answer the second one. This is a limitation of Apple's CallKit framework.
DE12456 - Call log not updated properly when second call placed to device.
If you answer a call and then receive a second call that is not a broadcast while on your first call, the second call does not appear in the call log.
DE12548 - Changing your default call notification tone will not take effect on lock screens until application has been restarted.
This is a limitation of Appleās CallKit framework.
DE12611 - Notification tone for Normal and High priority messages plays for a maximum of 5 seconds when app in background (iOS 10).
If you are using iOS 10 and have configured a notification tone for a Normal or High priority message that is longer than 5 seconds, and you receive a notification at this priority level while your app is in the background, the notification tone plays for only 5 seconds. This is because the system banner is auto-hidden after 5 seconds, which also mutes the notification. This problem does not occur if the screen is locked, since this notification is not removed automatically. To work around this problem, set the Vocera notification style to Alerts.
FaceTime not supported when answering call on locked device.
When you answer a call while your device is locked, the FaceTime button appears in the list of options displayed but nothing happens when you press it, since FaceTime is not supported in the app.
