Known Issues

This release includes the following known issues and limitations for versions of the Vocera Collaboration Suite running on Android operating systems.

  1. Notification tone length for Override priority not reset to default when customized tone length deleted. If you have specified a customized tone length for a message with Override priority, and your administrator has then removed this customized tone length, the notification tone and vibration pattern do not revert to their default values when you receive an Alert with Override priority. (DE6490)

  2. PIN entry process fails if confirmation PIN is not correct. If you are resetting your PIN and you type a new PIN value, and then you type a different value when asked to confirm your new PIN, the app remains stuck on the "Enter your PIN" screen. (DE6783)

  3. Alert tone for Normal priority message rings past expiry time. If you send an Alert of Normal priority and specify an expiration time limit, the receiver's device may ring for longer than the specified expiry time. (DE7229)
