VCS call improvements
The Vocera call experience has been improved to more closely match the behavior of your device when in a cellular call. Improvements have been made to the behavior when the app is in use and when the app is in the background.
This release includes the following important changes.
Incoming cellular calls no longer automatically interrupt Vocera calls
When you are using

Any device that supports iOS 14 or later meets the specifications for our product. Quality of experience may vary based on manufacturer and device model. Vocera support for these devices is on a reasonable effort basis.

VCS-21120 This version of VCS is compatible with eSIMs on iOS devices.
This release includes the following known issues and limitations for
versions of the
VCS-18273 If you receive a notification of an urgent or high priority message while in a Vocera call or cellular call, the notification does not continue after the call is terminated. This is a known issue with the Apple iOS operating system.
VCS-19053 The incoming notification for a new message is not displayed when you are in the face ID pop up screen. If you lock the screen or the timeout interval is reached, the message is displayed. This is an iOS limitation.
