Search across all sites
When you are viewing the Favorites tab in the Contacts screen, and you perform a search, the search results now include a count of all matches across all sites. This includes sites that you have not selected.

To summon emergency help, tap Special Actions in the Call Screen and then tap Panic Broadcast.
* Conversation system messages now delivered silently
If you are in a conversation and someone joins or leaves it, a notification and its tone are no longer sent. Notifications are now reserved for messages from users.
** Voicemail messages and voice reminders now not automatically played
If you have received a voicemail message or a voice reminder from another person, this message is now not played automatically.
You must be using a supported device and operating system to be able to

iOS 13 or later.
Vocera recommends that you do not upgrade to a new OS version until it
has been validated to work correctly with
Enterprise Devices are those on which Vocera does extensive device performance testing for voice quality and wireless connectivity. They are recommended for use in an enterprise environment.
Any device that supports iOS 13 or later meets the specifications for our product. Quality of experience may vary based on manufacturer and device model. Vocera support for these devices is on a reasonable effort basis.

VCS-16761 If you are creating a message template, and the template contains a field in which you can provide text, it is no longer difficult to tap in the text field to indicate that you want to type text in it.
VCS-19829 On some devices
running iOS 14, if you receive a call while the
VCS-20006 The Remind Me Later flag is now cleared if another application has been used to read, leave, or hide a message.
VCS-20140 When a user is added to a conversation, the conversation history is now always provided to this user.

This release includes the following known issues and limitations for
versions of the
VCS-18273 If you receive a notification of an urgent or high priority message while in a Vocera call or cellular call, the notification does not continue after the call is terminated. This is a known issue with the Apple iOS operating system.
VCS-19053 The incoming notification for a new message is not displayed when you are in the face ID pop up screen. If you lock the screen or the timeout interval is reached, the message is displayed. This is an iOS limitation.
VCS-20337 If your device is
running iOS version 15.0.2 and you install
VCS-21120 Current versions of the mobile application are not compatible with eSIMs on iOS devices.
