Can now use VCS with Smartbadge ***
You can now simultaneously log into VCS and the Smartbadge. When you are logged into both devices, calls and broadcasts are handled on the Smartbadge, messages are delivered to both devices, and you can respond to messages from both devices. Setting Do Not Disturb on the Smartbadge now sets Do Not Disturb for Text and Calls on VCS.
Leaving a conversation *
You can now leave a multi-person message conversation in which you do not want to participate. The conversation is hidden when you leave it.
Forwarding to a group *
You can now specify that your messages are to be forwarded to a group or to a user.
Reason for missed call **
If you miss a call, the call log now provides the reason why you missed the call.
Time included with date in call log
If the call log includes a call from a date prior to today, the time of the call is now provided with the date.
Notification banner can be set for all users *

VCS-20087 If you are using
VCS-19927 The list of care team members for a patient now displays the Vocera user name for each member instead of the Active Directory user name.
VCS-19958 If you are in a conversation and receive a message in that conversation while your screen is turned off, the message is no longer incorrectly marked as read, and the notification tone for that message is now played.
VCS-19972 On a device with heavy resource utilization, starting a new conversation in

This release includes the following known issues and limitations for versions of the
VCS-16761 If you are creating a message template, and the template contains a field in which you can provide text, it may be difficult to tap in the text field to indicate that you want to type text in it.
VCS-18273 If you receive a notification of an urgent or high priority message while in a Vocera call or cellular call, the notification does not continue after the call is terminated. This is a known issue with the Apple iOS operating system.
VCS-19053 The incoming notification for a new message is not displayed when you are in the face ID pop up screen. If you lock the screen or the timeout interval is reached, the message is displayed. This is an iOS limitation.
VCS-19729 If you are in a call and your Clock app triggers an alarm, the audio on the call is lost. This is an issue with the Apple iOS operating system.
VCS-19829 On some devices running iOS 14, if you receive a call while the VCS app is in the background and then mute the call, you cannot answer the call when the app is launched again unless you tap the call banner at the top of the screen.
