Enterprise Devices are those on which Vocera does extensive device performance testing for voice quality and wireless connectivity. They are recommended for use in an enterprise environment.
These devices meet the minimum specifications for our product. Quality of experience may vary based on manufacturer and device model. Vocera support for these devices is on a reasonable effort basis.

Template names and subjects can now be searched.
When you are using a template to create a message, you can now type text in a search field to display only those templates whose names and subjects contain the search text. This is useful if you have defined a large number of templates.
* You can now set templates as favorites.
Templates that you use frequently can now be specified as favorites. These templates appear at the top of the template list when you create a message.
Searching has been improved.
When you type text in the Search field to match the name of a contact, the search text matches text that contains punctuation. For example, the search string "McN" matches "Josh_McNab", "Josh-McNab", or "Mc'Nab" as well as "Josh McNab".

VCS-17267 - All toggle options displayed on Patient screen when text size is increased.
If you have enabled a larger text size, and you are displaying the toggle options on the Patients screen, the "All Patients" option is now displayed as a selection choice.
VCS-17442 - Urgent call received in background is no longer reconnected if ended quickly.
If the option to answer or decline urgent calls has been enabled on your system,
you receive an urgent call while your device is in screen lock and
VCS-17443 - Call status now updated when logging in while off campus.
If you have previously set Do Not Disturb for Calls and you log in while off campus, your state is now accurately reflected.
VCS-17772 - New conversation no longer duplicated due to multiple Send taps.
When you tap Send to start a new conversation,
VCS-17800 - Cached APMAC address now used for site awareness if location access permission not provided (iOS 13+).
If you are using iOS 13 or later, and you have not granted location access permission, the last cached APMAC address is now used to determine what sites are available in your environment.
VCS-17907 - Multiple SIP registrations now no longer occur.
This was leading to dropped calls.
VCS-17925 - Call log times now correct in UK 12-hour format.
If you have set your region to UK and your time format to the 12-hour format, the time displayed in each call log entry is now correct.
VCS-17931 - Audio delay reduced when answering a call when the screen is locked.
When you are answering a call when your screen is locked, you no longer experience a delay of up to two or three seconds before the audio for the call can be heard.
VCS-17972 - Bluetooth permission dialog box now appears properly (iOS 13.3.1+).

VCS-16761 - Difficult to position cursor in text field in message template.
If you are creating a message template, and the template contains a field in which you can provide text, it may be difficult to tap in the text field to indicate that you want to type text in it.
VCS-18273 If you receive a notification of an urgent or high priority message while in a Vocera call or cellular call, the notification does not continue after the call is terminated. This is a known issue with the Apple iOS operating system.
