The Call Forwarding Options page in the Add/Edit User dialog box (or the corresponding fields in the data-loading template) lets you choose the Call Forwarding Options and specific conditions for which you want your calls forwarded to a different badge, phone, or address book entry.
The Genie uses the forwarding option that you chose when you are unavailable to take a call.

Forward to Another Badge, Group, or Address Book Entry |

Forward to Another Badge, Group, or Address Book Entry transfers the call to a particular badge user, group, or address book entry when you are unavailable to answer your call. To choose this option, click Select to open a dialog box that lists all the choices in the system. Select a badge user, group, or address book entry and click Finish. When you forward to a group, the forwarding settings of individual group members are ignored. |
