Enabling Frequently Called for Individual Users

Enable the Favor Frequently Called feature for individual users to help improve speech recognition based on users called frequently by the users with the feature enabled.

By default, Favor Frequently Called option is disabled for users and departments. Enable this option from the System > Preferences page of the Administration Console.

Users with Enable Frequently Called User enabled will appear in a list shown in the list of users whose calls help to improve speech recognition for the frequently called members in the voice recognition result. Buddies are automatically added to the frequently called list and stored in the same database as other frequently called users.

  1. Navigate to the Users page.
  2. Select the user you want to include in the frequently called data.
  3. Click Edit User.
  4. Click the Speech Rec tab and select Enable Frequently Called User. This adds the user to the list of users whose calls help to improve speech recognition.
