The Assign User to Groups page of the Add/Edit User dialog box lets you specify the
groups each user belongs to.
Note: You cannot add members to or remove members from the built-in
Everyone group. The Vocera Voice Server
maintains membership in the Everyone
group automatically.
To specify group membership:
Add the user to a group by clicking Add, selecting the
group name or names from the list that appears, and clicking
Finish.
The groups appear in the Group Name list. Vocera indicates
the permissions resulting from group memberships as check marks in the
Permissions list.
Remove the user from one or more groups by selecting the groups and clicking
Delete.
