Configure your email server settings on the Email>Host Info tab to identify your mail server so the Vocera Voice Server can communicate with it successfully.

In the Mail Host field, enter the name of the mail server that receives and stores your email. Example: mail.yourcompany.com. The host that you specify in this field is used for incoming mail. By default, the Vocera Voice Server also uses it for outgoing mail unless you specify otherwise in the SMTP Host field. See Outgoing Mail Settings. Note: If you select EWS as your mail server type, an Exchange Web Service
URL must be configured and added it to the Mail
Host field.
For example, https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx. Be aware that the EWS URL values for your organization may differ from the provided example. |
