Logging In Using Vocera Authentication

If Active Directory authentication is not enabled, the Active Directory list does not appear on the User Console welcome page and you must log into the User Console using your Vocera credentials.

After you log into User Console using Vocera credentials the first time, make sure you change your password. See Personal Information.

Use the following steps to log into the User Console using Vocera authentication:

  1. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
  2. Enter the User Console URL to open the User Console welcome page.
  3. Specify the following values:



    User ID

    Enter your Vocera user ID. You must be a member of a Vocera group that has administrator privileges.


    Enter your Vocera password.

  4. Click Log In.
    The User Console opens.
