Email Alerts for Enhanced Voice

You can configure your system to send email alerts to notify you when there are problems with Enhanced Voice. The Vocera Voice Server sends an email alert when one of the following events occurs:

• The Vocera Voice Server is unable to connect to the Recognition/Ingestion Service.

• The connection to the Recognition/Ingestion Service is restored.
