Schedule Information

The Schedule Information page of the Add/Edit Package Schedule dialog box lets you specify schedule information of the report package.

Description

Hourly

Select the radio button next to Hourly if you want the report package scheduled on a hourly basis.

To schedule reports at hourly intervals greater than each hour, type a numeric value in the text box next to hours.

Daily

Select the radio button next to Daily if you want the report package scheduled on a daily basis.

To schedule reports other than each day, type a numeric value in the text box next to days.

To schedule the report package only on weekdays (Monday - Friday), select Every Weekday.

Weekly

Select the radio button next to Weekly if you want the report package scheduled on a weekly basis.

To specify which day of the week, select the check box next to the specific day.

Note: You can check multiple boxes to create reports more then once a week.

Monthly

Select the radio button next to Monthly if you want the report package scheduled on a monthly basis.

Click the down arrow to select the day of the month from the drop down list for when you want to schedule the report package. Choose Last Day if you want a report created on the last day of each month without regard to the variation in days between months.

To schedule the report package every month, select Day n of every 1 months

where n is a varable

To skip months, select Day n of every 2 months, Day n of every 3 months, and so on, up to the number of months you want to skip.

Start Date

Type the date that you want the report package to be begin. Use the following date format:

MM/DD/YYYY

Alternatively, click the calendar icon to the left of the text field to choose a date from the calendar.

End Date

Type the date that you want the report package to end. Use the following date format:

MM/DD/YYYY

Alternatively, click the calendar icon to the left of the text field to choose a date from the calendar.

Time of day to run package

Click the down arrow to select the time from the drop down list reflecting when you want to run the report package.

Note: To generate reports using the latest Vocera Voice Server data, make sure you select a time later than the scheduled dataload time. The package cannot run until the dataload is finished. If you schedule a package to run at the same time as the dataload, it will automatically wait to start until after the dataload is finished.

Package Waiting Time

Click the down arrow to select the maximum number of hours this package can be queued and waiting for other packages or system tasks to complete before starting. If the package does not start before the Package Waiting Time is reached, it times out and never starts. If you select Unlimited (the default), it means the package will not time out when it is queued and waiting to run.
