If a user has been inactive for a specified number of days, the user is placed in a
Locked state, and cannot access the VMP Administrator. You can unlock any user that has been
Locked.

From the VMP Administrator, select Users & Groups >
Users.

In the Users pane, click the name of the user to be unlocked.

In the toolbar, from the User preferences
dropdown list, select
Unlock user. The selected user is unlocked.
Note:
The number of days of inactivity before a user is placed in a Locked state is specified in the Configuration > System Options
section of the VMP Administrator.
