Exporting dashboard data to PDF format has few limitations such as actions performed
on the widgets, number of records that can be exported, and so on. This section lists these
limitations.
Note: The Export to PDF feature is not supported in
Conversation Activity, Scheduler
Diagnostics, User Statistics and
Platform Health Index dashboards.
Exporting dashboards to PDF has the following limitations:
- The following actions on the widgets are not supported:
- Contextual filter—Only the data displayed based on the applied page-filters
are exported to the PDF. If you perform a contextual filter, and then export
a PDF, the contextual filter-based data is not exported to the PDF output.
- Disabling a series—If you disable a series in a widget and export a PDF, the
series that you disabled are still exported to the PDF. For more
information, refer to Series.
- Sorting—Data is exported to the PDF based on default sorting. If you sort
data and export a PDF, the sorted data is not exported to the PDF
output.
- The default number of records that can be exported to PDF from a table is 10K.
However, this number is configurable by the administrator. To export more than 10K
records, use Export to CSV
option.
Note: For dashboards that contain
tables with template grid, such as Group Interruptions, User Interruptions, and
Inventory Status, the default number of records that can be exported is set to
5K. This value is also configurable by the administrator.
- In the exported PDF of Integration User Events dashboard, if the data is more than
one page for Events by User and User Reply
Time widgets, the first page may be blank.
- In the exported PDF of Integration User Events dashboard, if the data is more than
one page for Events by User widget, the data gets
truncated.
- In the exported PDF of Integration Events, Integration User Events, and Utilization
dashboards, data is not rendered as displayed in the dashboard when there is no
data.
- In the exported PDF of User Call Details dashboard, data for User Comparison widget
is not exported.
