This installation workflow guides you to install Vocera Analytics, configure the required data sources based on your set up, to run analytics. The data sources used are for Voice, Messaging, and Engage.
Following are the integration scenarios:
- Voice only (calls)
- Requires Flume Agent (Service Monitor service, Flume agent, and Data Sync service).
- Requires Voice source to be configured on Service Monitor dashboard.
- Data Export Adapter should be disabled on Platform and Engage source is not required.
- Engage only (alerts and alarms)
- Requires Data Export Adapter and Solution Slice for Dataset and Rules.
- Requires single Engage source to be configured on Service Monitor dashboard.
- Engage and Messaging (alerts, alarms and messaging)
- Voice and Messaging (calls and messaging)
