Creating Your Own Custom Reports

Using Crystal Reports, you can customize your own reports for Vocera Analytics and add it to the Report Console.

To create your own custom reports, perform the following steps:

  1. Install SAP Crystal Reports 2016 and set up an ODBC data source. See Installing Crystal Reports 2016 and MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51.
  2. Create a report template file. See Creating a Report Template.
  3. Add your report as a menu item in the custom-menu.json file. See Adding Your Report As A Menu Item.
  4. Place the report in the respective location: See Placing the Report Files for PDF and CSV Formats.
