Workflow Access Permissions in Vocera Engage

You grant workflow access permissions to a group so that group members are able to access the required workflows.

Create groups and associate each group with workflows. For example, create a Charge Nurse group and grant permissions to group members (users) to access all workflows or a select set of workflows. To browse a list of Workflow Access Permissions, select the Security Permissions category in the Edit Permissions section of the Add/Edit Group page, see Enabling Workflow Access Permissions in Vocera Engage for details. Change or revoke the workflow access permissions for the group.
