About Feature Usage Analytics

Vocera Platform uses Feature Usage Analytics to send data from the web and mobile clients to the cloud. Usage data is tracked by default, system administrators can disable usage analytics if this feature is not desired.

Important: Feature usage analytics does not track any personal data or protected health information (PHI).

Vocera Platform utilizes the Firebase- Google Analytics in the backend to collect data on usage of various Vina Web and Vocera Vina features.

The feature usage analytics allows Vocera to understand the following:

Crashes that are occurring within our applications
Feature usage information which may help Vocera to optimize theVina Web and Vocera Vina applications for better user experience
