Custom Help Prompt

Vocera allows you to implement a custom Help prompt to customize your Genie response.

The Vocera system provides a Help command to help users learn how to use their Vocera devices.

The Help command does not assist with a predefined response, but you can record your customized .WAV file and place it in the system.

Creating a customized Help prompt can direct the Vocera device users to specific help options.

For example, you can customize the Help prompt to direct users to a Vocera super user, an administrator, an internal Website, or a local help desk for assistance.

The custom prompt .WAV file must use the required audio format and sampling rate as described in Required Format of Audio Prompt Files.
