Sending a Quick Response

Some of the messages that are most frequently used in a conversation or group chat are available in a menu for easy access. This enables you to send a quick response when you receive an urgent message.

  1. To send a quick response in a conversation or group chat, tap the Quick Message icon.
  2. Choose a quick response from the list that appears.

    The quick response appears in your conversation.

Your administrator may have organized the available quick responses into convenient categories, such as Product Quick Response, Requests, and Status Update. This makes it easier for you to locate the appropriate message.
