Last Unread Message or Call

The New section of the Home screen lists all conversations for which there is an unread message or unanswered call. If you are a busy clinician, such as a floor nurse, this enables you to quickly and clearly see incoming message content.

For each conversation in the New section, information is provided that describes the last message or call that you received.

If the last unread message is of normal priority, a solid blue dot and the start of the unread message text are displayed.

If the last unread message is of urgent priority, the red urgent priority icon is displayed with the start of the unread message text:

For a missed call, you see this icon:

And if someone has called you and left a voicemail message, you see this icon:

To play the voicemail right away, tap the profile picture or initials of the person who left you the voicemail, then tap Voicemail:
