Your administrator may have defined call-only listings for your facility. These are contacts that can be called only, not messaged.
To call a call-only listing:
- In the Home screen, tap the Call icon at the bottom of the screen.
The Start a Call screen appears.
- Tap the search icon and type search text consisting of some or all of the name of the call-only listing. All names matching this search text are displayed. Call-only listings have "Call Only" appearing below the name.
- Tap the name to make the call.
If you tap the call icon next to the name, a Call option appears:
You can tap this Call icon to call the call-only listing.
